4. Define daily and weekly workload and capacity, allocating human resources based on priorities and constraints.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, organization, or line operations.
6. Participate in ad-hoc tasks based on managerial team updates.

1. Enrollment in a BAC+4 or BAC+5 level program in production management or industrial performance.
2. Previous experience in an assistant role.
