1. Participate in the development and industrialization of new products.
2. Contribute to achieving manufacturing and quality objectives.
3. Animate daily production indicators.
4. Organize and plan daily production schedules.
5. Monitor daily production while ensuring quality, quantity, and timely delivery.
6. Implement temporary adjustments to ensure production continuity and safety.
7. Define daily and weekly workload and allocate human resources accordingly.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and organization.
9. Perform occasional tasks based on managerial team updates.

1. Currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program specializing in production management or industrial performance at BAC+4 or BAC+5 level.
2. Prior experience in an assistant role.
