1. Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe manner.
2. Achieve performance objectives such as safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work area and workshop.
3. Develop skills to work in various production departments, including assembly, preparation, or cutting, while advancing in an exciting career.
4. Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
5. Collaborate with various departments on the development of new and exciting products.
6. Ensure punctuality and organization in time management.
7. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
8. Maintain a desirable work-life balance with a favorable schedule.

3. Fluency in English and/or Spanish with the ability to read and write either language.

1. Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is advantageous but not required.
2. Ability to operate and use equipment and manual tools.
3. Dexterity and coordination in using hands to grasp and manipulate objects.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with comprehensive training provided.
