1. Monitor production performance and analyze daily production KPIs to propose improvements.
2. Participate in routine meetings and workshops to enhance production processes.
3. Assist team leaders in implementing new standards and updating performance dashboards.
4. Lead projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics on the production floor.
5. Contribute to the industrialization of new products within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Engage in cross-functional optimization projects and develop agile methods and tools such as 5S and Kaizen.
7. Benchmark other workshops to address and solve production challenges.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with a focus on production management or continuous improvement.

1. Autonomous work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and VBA.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
4. Creative and pragmatic mindset to develop solutions on the production floor.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in production environments, such as through internships, apprenticeships, or academic projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
