- Partner with the field coach trainer to deliver engaging product training sessions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
- 2-3 years of experience in merchandising or luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- A keen understanding of fashion, current trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership qualities with a talent for inspiring and guiding team members.
- Fluency in French and English; other languages are an asset.
