- Develop briefs for the creation and development of new products based on market trends, sales results, and category objectives.
- Expand the product range in alignment with the marketing plan, collaborating with Design and Industry departments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and specific market studies, providing pricing recommendations.
- Monitor profit margins.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts (Design, Communication, Digital, Visual Merchandising) for product development and operational launch.
- Present new products to regional teams during product showrooms.
- Create and develop sales support tools, presentation materials, and product knowledge resources for the network.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Marketing (Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, Leather Goods).
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Curiosity and attentiveness to fashion industry trends and competition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a reputation for rigor.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing within the fashion industry is required, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, or Leather Goods.
