1. Contribute to the growth of the High Jewelry division by managing product development and collection launches.
2. Coordinate with various departments including Development, Creation, Communication, and Business Development to ensure seamless product execution.
3. Develop marketing briefs and oversee the validation of designs with the Creation studio.
4. Manage product development from design to launch, ensuring quality and finish standards are met.
5. Participate in the creation of 360° launch packages, including communication concepts and storytelling.
6. Develop communication assets such as photo and video shoots, digital orchestration, and press strategies.
7. Provide expertise during client events and create commercial and training content.
8. Conduct performance analyses of stock and sales, and provide actionable recommendations.
9. Engage in competitive analysis and market performance reviews.
10. Contribute to team projects such as Showroom execution and Budget & Marketing Plan presentations.
11. Supervise an intern within the team.

1. Master's degree in Business or equivalent from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in High-End Marketing Development, excluding internships or apprenticeships.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury sector, particularly in high jewelry or related fields.
