Louis Vuitton Product Manager - Fragrances

- Develop briefs for the creation and development of new products based on market trends, sales results, and set objectives.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of fragrance products in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and specific studies to recommend appropriate pricing and product assortments.
- Expand the product range in line with the established marketing plan, ensuring adherence to timelines in close collaboration with R&D and industry departments.
- Facilitate interactions with departments such as visual merchandising, communication, and retail to support product development and operational launches.
- Assist in preparing presentations for new products at product showrooms.
- Contribute to business plan development by providing relevant analyses and sales forecasts.
- Create and develop sales support tools, presentation materials, and product knowledge resources for the distribution network.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education (Business School, Design, Marketing or equivalent), creative background preferred.
- Significant experience as a Product Manager in the fragrance industry or a similar sector.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fragrance market trends.
- Artistic and olfactory sensitivity with a passion for the fragrance industry.
- Results-oriented with creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with numerical proficiency.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage various projects concurrently.
- Pragmatic and responsive with entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management within the fragrance or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Business, Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
