Louis Vuitton Product Manager - Fragrances

- Develop briefs for the creation and development of new products based on market trends, sales results, and category objectives.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of fragrance products in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis and recommend pricing and assortments.
- Develop product ranges in line with the marketing plan, ensuring adherence to timelines in collaboration with R&D and industry departments.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, communication, and retail departments to facilitate product development and operational launch.
- Prepare presentations for new product launches at product showrooms.
- Contribute to business plan construction with relevant analyses and sales forecasts.
- Create sales tools, presentation materials, and product knowledge resources for distribution networks.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Business, Design, Marketing, or equivalent; creative background preferred.
- Significant experience as a Product Manager in the fragrance industry or a similar sector.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Strong market trend knowledge in luxury fragrances.
- Artistic and olfactory sensitivity with strong conceptualization skills.
- Result-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
- Analytical and numerical proficiency.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pragmatic and responsive.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with tenacity, autonomy, and initiative.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fragrance or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education in Business, Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
