Louis Vuitton Fragrance Product Manager

- Develop briefs for the creation and development of new products based on market trends, in-store sales results, and set objectives for specific categories.
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and specific studies to recommend appropriate pricing and assortments.
- Develop the product range from the established marketing plan, ensuring adherence to timelines in close collaboration with R&D and industry departments.
- Monitor margins and ensure profitability preservation for the product category.
- Facilitate interaction with various departments such as architecture, communication, and retail to support product development and operational launch.
- Actively participate in new product presentations to regions during product showrooms, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Contribute to the business plan construction by providing relevant analyses and sales forecasts.
- Create and develop sales support tools, presentation materials, and product knowledge resources for the distribution network.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic marketing within the fragrance industry.
- Experience in product development and 360-degree communication.
- Strong conceptualization abilities.
- Artistic and creative sensitivity.
- Proficiency in storytelling and a strong affinity for words.
- Organized, meticulous, and capable of managing projects with effective deadline management.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams (industrial, sales, creative).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-taking, energetic, and committed.
Minimum of 3 years in strategic marketing within the fragrance industry.
