1. Define and monitor the prototyping and duplication budget, contributing to the construction of the Sourcing budget.
2. Draft and present marketing briefs based on market analysis, competition, and category performance.
3. Oversee the entire collection development process, from scheduling to product validation, in coordination with project and business teams.
4. Ensure smooth production flow through weekly delivery tracking and validation of initial pieces.
5. Identify products for communication activation, develop training content, and brief Visual Merchandising for in-store needs.
6. Lead, develop, and recruit team members by managing their performance.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing.
2. Proven project management and leadership skills.
3. Strong product sensitivity with in-depth knowledge of the luxury and fashion markets and competition.
4. Proficiency in marketing techniques, including marketing plan design and implementation, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
