1. Lead the orchestration of product development and industrialization for new products.
2. Manage projects by adhering to design, quality, cost, and timeline criteria to ensure successful market launch.
3. Plan projects by identifying critical paths, monitoring schedules, and motivating teams.
4. Facilitate project risk analysis.
5. Communicate alerts to central teams and executive committees, proposing alternative solutions.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.
7. Serve as the primary liaison for team interactions.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in new product development within an industrial setting.
