- Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure objectives from prototyping to referencing are met.
- Oversee the development and availability of new products, ensuring style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives for commercialization are achieved.
- Ensure project objectives are met and alert in case of deviations.
- Define and validate project objectives and adapt processes to project challenges.
- Establish project timelines and ensure regular reporting.
- Manage project validation milestones and anticipate risks using risk and value analysis tools.
- Propose solutions to resolve various issues and arbitrate decisions within project teams and other departments.
- Monitor and manage contingencies and action plan progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Student at Bac+4/+5 level.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of PLM is a plus.
- Developed product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods.
- Project management mindset with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
- Curious, agile, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level.
