1. Coordinate and lead project teams to ensure objectives from prototyping to referencing are met.
2. Oversee the development and availability of new products, ensuring style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives for commercialization are achieved.
3. Ensure project objectives are met and alert in case of deviations.
4. Define and validate project objectives and adapt processes to project challenges.
5. Establish project timelines and ensure regular reporting.
6. Manage project validation milestones and anticipate risks using risk and value analysis tools.
7. Propose solutions to resolve various issues and arbitrate decisions within project teams and other departments.
8. Monitor and manage contingencies and action plan progress.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
2. Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of PLM is a plus.
3. Developed product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods.
4. Project management mindset with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
5. Curious, agile, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level.
