1. Coordinate and lead the project team to ensure objectives are met from prototyping to product launch.
2. Oversee the development and availability of new products, ensuring style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives are achieved.
3. Define and validate project objectives and adapt processes to project needs.
4. Develop project schedules and ensure timely reporting.
5. Anticipate and manage project risks using risk analysis and value analysis tools.
6. Propose solutions to resolve various project challenges.
7. Facilitate decision-making within the project team and across departments such as marketing, design, and manufacturing.
8. Monitor and guide the management of contingencies and action plan progress.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
2. Pursuing a degree at the Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
2. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of PLM is a plus.
3. Product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods.
4. Project management mindset with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
5. Curiosity, agility, and strong interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 level degree.
