Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new products from briefing to sales date, ensuring quality, cost, timeline, and sustainability objectives are met.
- Ensure the implementation of necessary project management tools and routines.
- Monitor the development, industrialization, and production of new collections, reporting to marketing, merchandising, and supply teams.
- Participate in the strategy for product allocation across prototyping and production sites.
- Define medium to long-term objectives for the development scope.
- Build strategies around continuous improvement in product, process, and people.
- Collaborate with industrial performance, sustainable materials, marketing, design, and workshops for strategy implementation.
- Participate in recruiting team members.
- Support team members in skill development and career progression.
- Manage and coordinate project teams beyond hierarchical structures.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a competitive industrial environment close to the customer (e.g., ready-to-wear, leather goods, sportswear, lingerie, technical clothing, accessories).
Skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders hierarchically and transversally.
- Strong relational skills to challenge, convince, and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (Italian is a plus).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years in a competitive industrial environment.
Education Requirements
Higher education in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
