Louis Vuitton Product Development Manager

- Lead the development of new products from briefing to market launch, ensuring quality, cost, timeline, and eco-responsibility objectives are met.
- Ensure the implementation of necessary tools and processes for project management, including standard routines and tools such as PLM and Fusion.
- Oversee the development, industrialization, and production of new collections, providing reports to marketing, merchandising, and supply teams.
- Participate in the strategic allocation of products to prototyping and production sites.
- Define medium to long-term objectives for the development scope.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in product, process, and personnel.
- Collaborate with industrial performance, sustainability, materials, marketing, design, and workshops to implement strategies.
- Participate in recruiting team members and support their professional development.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams beyond hierarchical boundaries.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a highly competitive industrial environment close to the customer, such as ready-to-wear, leather goods, sportswear, lingerie, technical clothing, or accessories.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders both hierarchically and transversally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to challenge, convince, and propose solutions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in a competitive industrial environment related to fashion or accessories.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
