Louis Vuitton Product Development Manager - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Oversee the complete development process of Very Important Client (VIC) orders, from design to delivery, across a diverse range of products.
- Create and update product and material specifications in the PLM system.
- Perform pricing calculations and ensure target margins are met.
- Contribute to the structuring of the product offering and manage the order portfolio.
- Initiate and monitor supplier developments, ensuring the VIC tracking is up-to-date.
- Coordinate pattern-making with internal workshops and external providers.
- Ensure the successful execution of deliveries to boutiques.
- Occasionally accompany the Development Manager to events or client meetings.
- Degree from a Business or Fashion School or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in ready-to-wear development, ideally with experience in VIC order management.
- Strong interest in exceptional products and special orders.
- Ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously with efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding suitable solutions.
- Fluent in French and Italian, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a focus on ready-to-wear development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
