1. Assist in the tracking and development of collections, including updating delivery schedules and creating models in PLM.
2. Support material development by monitoring selected qualities and colors for launch with manufacturers.
3. Input bill of materials and track inventory withdrawals.
4. Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and receipt of packages with the logistics platform.
5. Update tracking tables and prepare materials for various presentations and cross-functional meetings.
6. Monitor quality tests and initiate prototypes.
7. Create material books and manage master production.
8. Collect technical material sheets.
9. Record invoices and coordinate with the purchasing team.

1. Currently enrolled in a Fashion, Business School, or equivalent university program.
2. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

1. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
2. Organized, meticulous, and autonomous in task execution.

A prior internship or experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
