1. Directly coordinate and manage a team of four Product Managers and one Assistant within the Woven Fabrics division.
2. Oversee product development activities, ensuring alignment with the brand's creative vision and quality standards.
3. Lead pre-industrialization processes and proactively address quality issues in collaboration with production, quality, and purchasing departments.
4. Conduct ongoing research on fabric developments and product allocation to enhance visibility and anticipation of upcoming launches.
5. Consolidate budgets for bespoke products across various collections, providing landing estimates at each prototype round.
6. Foster collaboration with counterparts in the finished product team to gain insights into cross-product and collection developments.
7. Stay informed on innovations related to material reuse and product upcycling.
8. Monitor production and collection pricing negotiations, ensuring adherence to target margins.
9. Manage the retro-planning of key collection development meetings with marketing, merchandising, quality, and purchasing departments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion (Bac+5 equivalent)
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product coordination and development across various categories
3. Proven managerial experience
