Louis Vuitton Product Development Coordinator - Knitwear and Jersey

- Coordinate and manage two Product Managers specializing in Knitwear and Jersey.
- Lead the procurement strategy for Knitwear and Jersey raw materials in alignment with the LVMH LIFE program, Artistic Direction, and collection briefs.
- Conduct continuous research on innovations related to material reuse.
- Develop and enhance Knitwear and Jersey materials.
- Create, launch, and oversee product files with manufacturers.
- Negotiate production and collection prices while maintaining target margins.
- Ensure product pre-industrialization and anticipate quality tests in collaboration with the production study office and quality team.
- Coordinate developments with counterparts in bespoke products to ensure clear visibility of cross-product/collection developments.
- Manage prototyping invoicing and collection budgets with estimated landings for each prototype round.
- Oversee the timeline for key collection meetings for Knitwear and Jersey product development.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Knitwear and Jersey product development.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Strong understanding of workshop/factory operations.
- Solid technical skills and a strong sense of product/material.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Proactive with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PLM systems.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
