1. Assist in product development across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other stakeholders including industrial, logistics, and laboratory teams.
2. Monitor and manage budget allocations for product development projects.
3. Contribute to conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Evaluate competitor performance and product portfolios.
7. Create monthly newsletters analyzing recent product launches.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in Business School or equivalent university.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students currently pursuing a Master's degree.

Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
