4. Coordinate with the logistics platform for the preparation, tracking, and receipt of packages.
5. Update tracking tables and prepare materials for various presentations and cross-functional meetings (pricing, product, materials).
6. Monitor quality tests and initiate prototypes.
7. Create material books and manage master production.
8. Collect technical material sheets.
9. Record invoices and coordinate with the purchasing team.

1. Passionate about luxury products with an analytical mindset and strong interest in the luxury sector.
2. Curious, meticulous, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
3. Previous experience in marketing or product development is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; PowerPoint).
