1. Assist in the product development process across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders, including industrial and logistics teams.
2. Monitor and manage budget allocations for projects.
3. Participate in conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Evaluate competitor performance and product portfolios.
7. Compile and distribute a monthly newsletter analyzing recent product launches.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Contribute to weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Year 1 or 2) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in beauty and luxury fashion is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
