1. Assist in the product development process across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and relevant teams, including industrial and logistics teams.
2. Monitor and manage budgetary allocations for product development projects.
3. Participate in conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Evaluate competitor performance and product portfolios.
7. Analyze recent product launches through a monthly newsletter.
8. Provide ad-hoc analysis upon request from Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Year 1 or 2) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
