- Lead the response to requests from the Style office, driving the development of innovative new collections inspired by marketing briefs.
- Pioneer the search for cutting-edge materials for projects, adhering to LVMH guidelines and championing sustainability.
- Orchestrate the management of special samples, from orders to deliveries and dispatch, ensuring seamless execution.
- Spearhead the preparation and timely arrival of prototypes for collection meetings, guaranteeing meticulous organization and proactive follow-up with both the Marketing & Design teams.
- Ensure the validation of prototypes with unwavering adherence to company KPIs and optimized time to market.
- Conduct diligent weekly development follow-ups with the industrial, quality, and buying teams, fostering continuous improvement.
- Lead supplier follow-ups on ongoing development projects and scout new suppliers that meet LVMH's high standards.
- Master budget management through vigilant follow-up and precise purchase order creation.
- Innovatively create and maintain product records using the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development within the textile field, with experience managing categories such as prints and jacquard being advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English language skills, with French proficiency being a plus.
- Experience with PLM systems is highly desirable.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to product development in the textile field.
