1. Lead the development of textile accessories by collaborating with the style and marketing office in Paris, suppliers, and internal team members.
2. Drive the creation of innovative collections in response to style office requests, based on marketing briefs.
3. Search for cutting-edge materials, adhering to LVMH guidelines and sustainability standards.
4. Manage special samples, ensuring seamless order, delivery, and dispatch processes.
5. Prepare and ensure the timely arrival of prototypes for collection meetings, coordinating with Marketing & Design teams.
6. Validate prototypes, ensuring adherence to company KPIs and optimized time to market.
7. Conduct weekly development follow-ups with industrial, quality, and buying teams to foster continuous improvement.
8. Follow up with suppliers on ongoing projects and scout new suppliers meeting LVMH's standards.
9. Manage budgets through precise purchase order creation and follow-up.
10. Create and maintain product records using the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in product development within the textile field, with experience in managing categories such as prints and jacquard being a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent English language skills; French proficiency is a plus.
3. Experience with PLM systems is highly desirable.

9. Willingness to travel.

At least 5 years of experience in product development within the textile industry.
