1. Collect product information from various teams according to milestones and understand its interactions and usage.
2. Code product sheets in different systems, ensure data creation dissemination, and verify downstream system updates.
3. Manage product information lifecycle, regulatory changes, and corrections.
4. Ensure data quality and consistency, identify and alert system malfunctions.
5. Oversee the launch of new products from a data perspective and coordinate with pricing.
6. Track requests, plan tasks, and follow up with stakeholders.
7. Contribute to cross-functional projects related to product data.
8. Participate in identifying management rules within the product scope.

1. Proven experience in article database management or data management within information systems (SAP, JDE, PDMs).
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
