1. Collect product information from various teams according to milestones, understanding interactions and usage.
2. Codify product sheets in different systems, ensure proper data dissemination, and verify downstream system updates.
3. Manage product information lifecycle, including regulatory changes and corrections.
4. Ensure data quality and consistency, identifying and alerting system malfunctions.
5. Oversee the launch of new products from a data perspective and coordinate with pricing.
6. Track requests, plan tasks, and follow up with stakeholders.
7. Contribute to cross-functional projects related to product data.
8. Participate in identifying management rules for product scope.

1. Proven experience in article base management or data management in information systems (SAP, JDE, PDMs).
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. Advanced Excel skills.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain, sales administration, or finance.
