Louis Vuitton Product Assessment Specialist

- Accurately register and process all incoming repairs in the JD Edwards system within 2.5 days, ensuring all required data is entered.
- Meet a daily input target of 70 entries.
- Inspect incoming repairs to evaluate the condition against store documents and determine repairability.
- Assess whether products qualify for free of charge (FOC) repairs or if charges apply.
- Monitor and rectify incorrect or missing data in JD Edwards to enhance system accuracy.
- Utilize the JD Edwards system to access technical data for processing repairs without provided instructions.
- Identify defect codes and chrono dates for each repair.
- Maintain records of repair warranties and communicate with relevant departments.
- Liaise with Store Support Coordinators to provide feedback on shipments and relay performance results or issues.
- Engage with floor supervisors and artisans for technical inquiries.
- Address customer service issues on urgent shipments and provide estimates.
- Scan and archive all shipping logs into the department's shared folder daily.
- Participate in company improvement projects and suggest process enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including 10-key and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities swiftly.
1-2 years of experience in a data entry capacity is required.
Starting at $25.00 per hour.
