1. Accurately register and process all incoming repairs in the JD Edwards system within 2.5 days, ensuring all required data is entered.
2. Meet a daily input target of 70 entries.
3. Inspect incoming repairs to evaluate the condition against store documents and determine repairability.
4. Assess whether products qualify for free of charge (FOC) repairs or if charges apply.
5. Monitor and rectify incorrect or missing data in JD Edwards to enhance system accuracy.
6. Utilize the JD Edwards system to access technical data for processing repairs without provided instructions.
7. Identify defect codes and chrono dates for each repair.
8. Maintain records of repair warranties and communicate with relevant departments.
9. Liaise with Store Support Coordinators to provide feedback on shipments and relay performance results or issues.
10. Engage with floor supervisors and artisans for technical inquiries.
11. Address customer service issues on urgent shipments and provide estimates.
12. Scan and archive all shipping logs into the department's shared folder daily.
13. Participate in company improvement projects and suggest process enhancements.
14. Perform additional duties as required to meet business objectives.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role.

1. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Basic computer proficiency, including 10-key and data entry skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities swiftly.

1-2 years of experience in a data entry capacity is required.
