1. Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager in coordinating suppliers and business partners.
2. Support and animate the visual merchandising community through photo reports and guidelines.
3. Participate in window installations and product rotations across the network.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, accounting, and budgeting.
5. Assist the Merchandising department with operational management, including store requests, stock level monitoring, and transfers.
6. Conduct weekly and monthly reporting, and perform quantitative and qualitative product performance analysis.
7. Support the annual business review and planning process.
8. Conduct market and competition analysis.
9. Compile and consolidate market needs and feedback from stores.
10. Provide support for regional events.

1. Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales analysis position, preferably within a marketing department.
2. Experience in project coordination.
