1. Assist the Innovation Manager in project execution and transition to development teams.
2. Understand internal client needs and translate them into project specifications.
3. Conduct necessary technological research and sampling for projects.
4. Identify and propose promising solutions.
5. Serve as the primary technical liaison with external partners.
6. Initiate and validate industrial material tests based on laboratory results.
7. Oversee prototype production in workshops and ensure scalability for industrialization.
8. Coordinate and unify the project team to achieve set objectives.
9. Communicate project progress to stakeholders including external partners, sourcing, product, material, and marketing teams.
10. Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

1. Currently in the final year of an engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Specialization in textiles, materials, chemistry, or innovation is preferred.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Initiative-taking and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks.
6. Autonomous work style with reliability in achieving results.
7. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
8. Valid driver's license.
