- Conduct spend analysis to identify spending patterns and profiles of high-volume vendors.
- Perform market research to explore new technologies and potential vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant market trends.
- Execute benchmarking and competitive cost analysis as directed by category managers.
- Support supplier onboarding and setup processes.
- Analyze national supplier base and deliver insights on spending.
- Identify and present cost-saving opportunities.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal collaborators and key suppliers to understand their business needs.
- Manage assigned procurement projects and refine long-tail supplier lists.
- Create presentations and deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day retail operation purchasing needs.
- Execute supplier consolidation projects and support rate card negotiations.
- Participate in vendor performance review meetings and ensure supplier master compliance.
- Exceptional experience in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Demonstrated procurement experience or ability to understand supplier markets and spend data.
- Strong data analysis and spreadsheet processing skills (Excel).
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Agility, flexibility, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to evaluate, assess, and initiate actions swiftly in a complex environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and concise written and oral presentation skills tailored to stakeholder audiences.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a professional business environment.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $85,000-90,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus.
