1. Conduct spend analysis to identify spending patterns and profiles of high-volume vendors.
2. Perform market research to explore new technologies and potential vendors.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant market trends.
4. Execute benchmarking and competitive cost analysis as directed by category managers.
5. Support supplier onboarding and setup processes.
6. Analyze national supplier base and deliver insights on spending.
7. Identify and present cost-saving opportunities.
8. Cultivate strong partnerships with internal collaborators and key suppliers to understand their business needs.
9. Manage assigned procurement projects and refine long-tail supplier lists.
10. Create presentations and deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
11. Support day-to-day retail operation purchasing needs.
12. Execute supplier consolidation projects and support rate card negotiations.
13. Participate in vendor performance review meetings and ensure supplier master compliance.

1. Exceptional experience in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2. Demonstrated procurement experience or ability to understand supplier markets and spend data.
3. Strong data analysis and spreadsheet processing skills (Excel).
4. Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint).
5. Agility, flexibility, and a process-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to evaluate, assess, and initiate actions swiftly in a complex environment.
7. Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
8. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Clear and concise written and oral presentation skills tailored to stakeholder audiences.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a professional business environment.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $85,000-90,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus.
