- Support the Private Clients Relations (PCR) Manager in organizing international and local events and experiences.
- Regularly update the Monthly Competition Report with key competition events and maintain the Key Business Partner & Supplier List.
- Manage nominations trackers, follow up with stores on the nomination process, and provide necessary information.
- Oversee Purchase Order (PO) Management, Vendor Set up, and Budget Sheet Management.
- Request and distribute event invitations to Store Teams.
- Create and update client programs, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Assist in the creation of international event reports for the PCR manager.
- Share official event photographs in compliance with Personal Data protection regulations.
- Update the In-store Pockets tracker and guide retail teams on managing local PCR pockets.
- Coordinate logistics for local PCR initiatives and act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding animations.
- Manage all paper assets required for PCR activities.
- Support the implementation of the gifting strategy and track gifting distribution.
- Handle individual orders for flowers and gifts upon request.
- Conduct client background and sanction list checks prior to each event.
- Update the Handover Document for the PCR Assistant.
- Execute inventory management of client gifts and assets, and place orders for local gifts, champagne, and spirits to maintain necessary stock levels at the Head Office.
- University degree, graduated from Bachelor/Master degree in the past 3 years.
- Not having previously worked under a 'contrato de prácticas'.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-starter with the ability to autonomously manage agenda and priorities.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with others easily.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods environment.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally suited for recent graduates.
University degree, graduated within the past 3 years.
