2. Monitor and manage the annual budget for events.
3. Consolidate action plans and oversee event presentation follow-ups.
4. Analyze event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.
5. Develop global deployment guidelines, including creating PowerPoint and Excel templates for consistency.
6. Participate in strategy development related to commercial and client issues.
7. Coordinate event logistics and client handling.
8. Conduct benchmarks and create presentations and newsletters.
9. Assist the Project Manager in enhancing knowledge of the Top 100 global clients.
10. Coordinate with regions to track and evolve client profiles.
11. Design and orchestrate unique, personalized experiences for top clients at events.
12. Prioritize exceptional orders and collaborate with CRM teams for data analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university with a focus on Marketing/Communication.
2. Seeking a final-year internship.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English.
