- Manage international client requests for atelier visits and store appointments, including preparation and dispatch of welcome packs to hotels.
- Coordinate the calendar for various client requests and experiences.
- Collaborate with key contacts and service providers, ensuring all client preferences and restrictions are met.
- Research and propose new aspirational experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs), aligning with the brand's values and heritage.
- Assist in the development of concierge tools such as invitations and tracking systems.
- Monitor and manage the budget for concierge services.
- Prepare and manage client welcome packs for special projects.
- Oversee client listings and access for events.
- Welcome clients at various Parisian events.
- Support logistical operations, including dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Provide follow-up and reporting to management.
- Support in reporting, retrospectives, and archiving.
- Conduct active competitive analysis and best practice research.
- Coordinate with international zones, other departments, and brands within the group.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, VIC client handling, or event coordination is preferred.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
- Creativity and proactivity in proposing new ideas.
- Humility, discretion, and authenticity in client interactions.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in luxury retail, VIC client management, or event coordination.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Interns will undergo mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition. A comprehensive induction day will introduce interns to the brand's values alongside new colleagues.
