1. Support the organization of events both in France and internationally, including managing Welcome Pack orders and deliveries, seating arrangements, and nominations.
2. Coordinate with global markets and the PCR department to ensure seamless project logistics and scheduling.
3. Monitor and participate in project preparation meetings.
4. Prepare illustrated documents for various projects.
5. Communicate with external suppliers and partners to evaluate and book services, manage follow-ups, and handle invoicing.
6. Assist in event reporting, including cost analysis.
7. Develop fashion in-store animations and guidelines for fashion collection launches, ensuring deployment and reporting across regions.
8. Participate in top client showroom activities, including women's collection purchasing, event organization, and inventory management.
9. Support the retail stylist community by creating content, animating communication channels, and organizing international styling seminars.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business, Fashion, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in a similar role or in retail is preferred.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong organizational and relational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and proactively.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in retail or a similar position, demonstrating a passion for fashion and an ability to work autonomously.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

Interns will undergo two evaluations to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
