1. Provide operational and documentation support to the PCR team, ensuring seamless daily workflows during peak project periods.
2. Assist in the creation of purchase orders, vendor setup, and monthly tracking of travel and expenses.
3. Prepare reports, trackers, and internal documents while ensuring compliance with financial and internal policies.
4. Support the execution of local and international events, coordinating logistics, schedules, and materials.
5. Liaise with vendors for gifting, treatments, and event supplies, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups with store teams.
6. Provide operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods and support cross-team communication.

1. Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.

1. Fluency in English at a working level.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Availability for short-term and immediate start.

Entry-level experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support is required.
