1. Support the organization of events, including supplier briefing, booking, and monitoring throughout the entire process.
2. Report on event outcomes, including photography, attendance, and return on investment.
3. Manage budget and invoice follow-up for events and client experiences.
4. Conduct competition reports and benchmarks.
5. Oversee local client experience actions in stores.
6. Organize and coordinate hospitality programs for international events, including travel, accommodation, and welcome packs.
7. Manage client gifting inventories and allocations.

1. Enrolled in a Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university program.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Dutch, or a Nordic language is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
