1. Support the organization of events, including supplier briefings, bookings, and monitoring throughout the entire process.
2. Report on event outcomes, including photography, attendance, and return on investment analysis.
3. Manage budget and invoices related to events and client experiences.
4. Conduct competition reports and benchmarks.
5. Coordinate local client experience actions in stores.
6. Organize and coordinate hospitality programs for international events, such as fashion shows, including travel, accommodation, and welcome packs.
7. Manage client gifting inventories and allocations.

1. Enrollment in a Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university program.
2. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Knowledge of French, Dutch, or a Nordic language is advantageous.

Beginner level experience suitable for students currently enrolled in relevant academic programs.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university program.
