1. Support the organization of events, including supplier briefing, booking, and monitoring throughout the entire process.
2. Compile and report results post-event, including photographs, attendance, and return on investment analysis.
3. Manage budget and invoice follow-up for events and client experiences.
4. Conduct competition reports and benchmarks.
5. Coordinate and oversee local client experience actions in stores.
6. Organize and coordinate hospitality programs for international events, such as fashion shows, including travel, accommodation, and welcome packs.
7. Manage client gifting inventories and allocations.

1. Enrollment in a Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university program.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or a Nordic language is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent university program.
