Louis Vuitton Private Client Relations Advisor

- Support the Private Client Relations (PCR) Manager in organizing international and local events and experiences.
- Update the Monthly Competition Report and maintain the Key Business Partner & Supplier List.
- Regularly update nominations trackers and assist with the store nomination process.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor setup, and budget sheets.
- Attend events as a client-facing host, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Coordinate event invitations and distribute them to store teams.
- Develop and update client programs and manage necessary arrangements.
- Assist in creating international event reports and share official photographs in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Update in-store pockets tracker and provide guidance on local PCR pockets and providers.
- Oversee logistics for local PCR initiatives and act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding animations.
- Manage paper assets for PCR needs and support the implementation of the gifting strategy.
- Conduct background and sanction checks on clients prior to events.
- Manage inventory of client gifts and assets, and place orders for local gifts and spirits.
- Perform data analysis and support reporting and CRM initiatives.
- Graduated from a Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Eligible to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing conditions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with others.
- Motivated with a strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
