- Support the Private Client Relations Manager in organizing international and local events and experiences.
- Maintain and update the Monthly Competition Report and Key Business Partner & Supplier List.
- Regularly update nominations trackers and assist stores with the nomination process.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor setups, and budget sheets.
- Attend events as a client-facing host, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Coordinate event invitations and share them with store teams.
- Develop and update client programs, ensuring all arrangements are made.
- Assist in the creation of international event reports.
- Distribute official event photographs in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Update in-store pockets tracker and provide guidance on local PCR pockets and providers.
- Oversee logistics for local PCR initiatives and serve as the main contact for suppliers.
- Manage all paper assets required for PCR activities.
- Support the implementation of the gifting strategy and track gift distribution.
- Conduct background and sanction checks on clients prior to events.
- Execute inventory management for client gifts and order local gifts and spirits.
- Perform data analysis and support reporting and CRM initiatives.
- Graduated from a Business School or University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Eligibility to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and agile in response to changes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with others.
- Motivated with a strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
