1. Provide effective support in a fast-paced environment to the retail Ambassador team.
2. Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, oversee client orders, and travel plans.
3. Liaise, collaborate, and ensure smooth execution with internal and external parties for business-related issues.
4. Prepare client communication, elevated appointments/gestures, metric reports, and meeting minutes.
5. Engage in any ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Minimum of 3 years of solid working experience in an administrative capacity.

1. Outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications.
2. Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with X-Store is ideal.
3. High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
4. Ability to maintain composure and activate troubleshooting strategies when needed.
5. Positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit.
6. Proactive, agile, organized, presentable, and detail-minded.
