1. Create Finished Product Sheets for Press on PLM.
2. Develop compositions for Finished Products.
3. Dispatch orders to manufacturers based on allocations.
4. Independently manage orders for semi-finished goods such as ribbing, pleats, and leather semi-finished products.
5. Initiate production with our subcontractors.
6. Monitor supply deadlines for materials and components in collaboration with developers, issue follow-ups, and provide alerts to streamline production.
7. Oversee daily production with manufacturers, providing technical support and dispatching missing materials and components.
8. Follow up, track, and negotiate delivery schedules.
9. Update tracking and analysis tables.
10. Inspect finished pieces before delivery.
11. Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoices.

1. Enrolled in a fashion school or equivalent university program with a specialization in fashion.
2. Successful initial experience in a development or production department in ready-to-wear.

1. Technical knowledge of garments and their components.
2. Dynamic, meticulous, and well-organized.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
4. Genuine sensitivity to products and the luxury sector.
5. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
6. Excellent command of English (spoken and written), Italian is a plus.
7. Familiarity with PLM is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in a development or production department in ready-to-wear is required.

Currently enrolled in a fashion school or equivalent university program with a specialization in fashion.
