1. Manage sample logistics for women's wear, menswear, accessories, watches, and jewelry collections using Launchmetrics.
2. Coordinate with couriers and shipment companies to ensure timely product transitions.
3. Liaise daily with Paris HQ to secure available samples for press shoots and inform Senior Press Managers.
4. Organize local and international press requests and shoot send-outs as instructed by Paris HQ.
5. Ensure timely return of samples post-shoots.
6. Respond to press credit pricing and image visual requests.
7. Maintain showroom order for appointments, VIP fittings, and press meetings.
8. Support Senior Press Managers with press and celebrity appointments, ensuring samples are in perfect condition.
9. Upkeep and organization of the sample stock room.
10. Manage quarterly sample audits.
11. Coordinate seasonal press days and support in-house events with the events team and external production companies.
12. Assist with store pulls, product consignments, and press and celebrity gifting, maintaining budget accuracy.
13. Manage office supplies, ensuring stock of daily supplies, stationery, and brand packaging.
14. Compile and support press clippings reports across print and online coverage as requested by Paris HQ.
15. Support the UK Press team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
