1. Manage sample logistics for women's wear, menswear, accessories, watches, and jewelry collections using Launchmetrics.
2. Coordinate with couriers and shipment companies to ensure timely product transitions.
3. Liaise daily with Paris HQ teams to secure available samples for press shoots and inform Senior Press Managers.
4. Organize local and international press requests and shoot send-outs as directed by Paris HQ.
5. Ensure timely return of samples post-shoots.
6. Respond to press credit pricing and image visual requests.
7. Maintain showroom order for appointments, VIP fittings, and press meetings.
8. Support Senior Press Managers with press and celebrity appointments, ensuring samples are in perfect condition.
9. Organize and manage the sample stock room.
10. Conduct quarterly sample audits.
11. Coordinate seasonal press days and support key in-house events with the events team and external production companies.
12. Assist with store pulls, product consignments, and press and celebrity gifting, maintaining budget accuracy.
13. Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary materials.
14. Compile press clippings reports across print and online coverage as requested by Paris HQ.
15. Support the UK Press team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
