1. Assist in all aspects of the Men's Universe, focusing on sample trafficking, logistics, and credit requests for North American publications and international shoots in New York.
2. Manage Launchmetrics Men's sample inventory under the supervision of the PR Manager.
3. Monitor sample arrivals and departures to ensure all products are accounted for.
4. Maintain an organized showroom and sample closet.
5. Execute daily tasks such as sample trafficking with international offices, showroom management, merchandising, DMR reporting, press clippings, and recaps.
6. Manage all hard copy and electronic press kit mailings.
7. Maintain an organized LVNA Photo & Press Kits Library and distribute press materials to publications.
8. Support the execution of daily Fashion PR Intern tasks.
9. Provide support for brand image events and press days as needed.

1. 2+ years of progressive PR experience within the high-end fashion or luxury goods industry.

1. Comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
2. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and precisely.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Launchmetrics or similar PR management platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess over two years of progressive public relations experience within the high-end fashion or luxury goods industry.

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from USD $25-$27, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
