1. Monitor and track media coverage, identifying Louis Vuitton mentions in print and online publications.
2. Conduct research to support corporate communications initiatives across key categories including art, design, travel, lifestyle, publishing, beauty, and fragrance.
3. Compile press coverage recaps and presentations for internal reporting.
4. Maintain and update press contact databases.
5. Extract and organize data from various platforms into clear and concise spreadsheets for team reference.
6. Provide support for special projects including events and store openings.
7. Perform general administrative tasks to support the PR and Communications team.
8. Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistical coordination, particularly for international photo shoots based in the US.
9. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing samples, as well as Paris loans, utilizing Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
10. Liaise closely with messenger and courier services to ensure timely sample transfers.
11. Create shipment invoices and manage daily outbound shipments to Paris, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
12. Input new sample information into the Fashion GPS database and maintain organized reference documents for the team.
13. Maintain the showroom's neatness and presentation.
14. Assist with special projects as required.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.
3. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
4. Available to work part-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in late August.

1. Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
2. Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Launchmetrics, and/or Muck Rack.
3. Strong aptitude for quickly learning and utilizing new databases and software.
4. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Prior experience in Fashion, Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
