1. Monitor, configure, and maintain the PLM system to ensure alignment with business needs.
2. Ensure system reliability and performance through regular updates and maintenance.
3. Provide technical support to internal users.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational problems.
5. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the PLM system with other business tools.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
7. Deliver training to teams on best practices and new system updates.
8. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency.
9. Implement customizations and software developments within the PLM system.
10. Manage requirement gathering, specification definition, and testing for developments conducted by external teams.
11. Develop and implement data management strategies.
12. Ensure data accuracy by defining data standards and overseeing data governance policies.
13. Maintain data consistency and resolve data-related issues.
14. Liaise with stakeholders to align data practices with business objectives.
15. Contribute to the design and optimization of data workflows.
16. Train teams on proper data management practices.

1. Degree in Economics or Engineering
2. Experience with specific PLM systems
3. Knowledge of software development and customization

2. Fluency in English
