1. Oversee the Master Production Schedule for one or more production lines.
2. Monitor production processes from order initiation to the dispatch of finished goods.
3. Coordinate product readiness for events and track the progress of new collections.
4. Identify root causes of cancelled production orders.
5. Enhance delivery plan reliability in response to client needs.
6. Lead initiatives to identify and address production unreliability causes, coordinating action plans and measuring improvements.
7. Redesign coordination routines among manufacturing, logistics, quality, and supply teams.
8. Streamline product dispatch processes, addressing quality validation and IT issues.

1. Enrollment in an engineering or business school with a specialization in logistics or industrial supply chain.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including listening and teaching abilities.
3. Autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to integrate into diverse teams.

1. Project management and/or continuous improvement skills.
2. Proficiency in information systems (SAP) and Excel.
3. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
