- Oversee the Master Production Schedule for one or more production lines.
- Monitor production processes from order initiation to the dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate product readiness for events and track the progress of new collections.
- Identify root causes of cancelled production orders.
- Enhance delivery plan reliability in response to client needs.
- Lead initiatives to identify and address production unreliability causes, coordinating action plans and measuring improvements.
- Redesign coordination routines among manufacturing, logistics, quality, and supply teams.
- Streamline product dispatch processes, addressing quality validation and IT issues.
- Enrollment in an engineering or business school with a specialization in logistics or industrial supply chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including listening and teaching abilities.
- Autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to integrate into diverse teams.
- Project management and/or continuous improvement skills.
- Proficiency in information systems (SAP) and Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
