1. Coordinate production scheduling to enhance forecast accuracy and reliability of finished product shipments.
2. Analyze new customer order requirements.
3. Manage six production lines within the workshop.
4. Facilitate the workshop's workflow through strong collaboration with the store, team leaders, planners, project managers, and method engineers.
5. Provide reporting for the workshop's management team, production, and logistics leaders.
6. Analyze discrepancies in order launch adherence and optimize planning and scheduling processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Curiosity and agility.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
